First: The customer determines the design plan
The customer puts forward the demand, and our company initially designs the overall direction of the plan based on the demand.
Second: Formulate a plan
Engineers discuss and analyze equipment plans, which include:
1. Equipment schematic diagram (overall schematic diagram, partial schematic diagram)
2. Organizational composition and location of each part
3. Equipment technical parameters
Third: Plan review
An audit team will be formed by engineering personnel to review the plan. The review content includes:
1. Equipment feasibility assessment
2. Equipment cost assessment
3. Evaluation of equipment production efficiency
4. Feasibility assessment of each part’s structure
Fourth: Plan rectification
Rectify the issues discussed during the plan review.
Fifth: Design and development
Mechanical design is carried out according to the plan, and machine assembly drawings and parts drawings are made. Select executive components and electronic control accessories and list the processing parts list, standard parts purchase requisition form, and operation instructions.
Sixth: Machine assembly
1. The assembly department arranges personnel to assemble the machine in strict accordance with the processing parts list and standard parts list, and in strict accordance with the assembly drawings.
2. The Industrial Control Department arranges electrical engineers to carry out machine power distribution, machine program entry and debugging according to the operation instructions.
Seventh: Machine debugging
The assembly personnel conduct machine debugging according to the customer's engineering application procedures. After debugging is completed, the machine is handed over to the customer to determine its product quality.
Eighth: Packaging and shipment
1. Clean the appearance of the equipment and paste necessary signs and markings
2. Necessary anti-rust and moisture-proof protective measures.
3. Prepare machine spare parts, operating instructions, wiring diagrams and other technical information
Ninth: After-sales service
Customer service: customer repair reports, technical support, customer return visits, complaints and suggestions
Repair and maintenance: customer repair reports, equipment repairs, regular maintenance, consumable replacement
Inspection and upgrade: software and hardware upgrade, regular inspection
